Yes 娜哇, 刷 can mean "to swipe" and it has been added to its translation:
刷 (v/n) to brush, to clean with a brush; to swipe or use (a bank card); brush
Please also note that 刷卡 is not limited to only bank cards. It can refer to swiping an access card (to gain entry to a facility or building) or swiping any types of cards for payment (e.g. transit e-payment card). For this purpose, we just updated the English translation of 刷卡:

刷卡 (shuākǎ) is the Chinese term for swiping a card to make a payment. It is different from 付款 (fùkuǎn), which means to pay in cash.
For example, when shopping in person in China, you may be asked this question - 刷卡还是付现？ (Do you want to pay) by credit or in cash?
And in response, you can answer - 我刷卡。I pay with credit card.
