别急 (biéjí) is a more direct way of telling someone not to worry or be impatient. It is a command, and can be used to tell someone to stop being angry. 不要着急 (bú yào zháojí) is a more gentle way of telling someone not to worry or be impatient. It is more of a suggestion, and can be used to tell someone to calm down.
