不怎么 (bù zěnme) is used in daily conversations to express that something is not very or not particularly. For example, someone might say 今天的天气不怎么好 (jīntiān de tiānqì bù zěnme hǎo) to express that the weather today is not very good. It can also be used to express that something is not particularly, as in 我不怎么喜欢这个电影 (wǒ bù zěnme xǐhuan zhège diànyǐng) to express that the speaker does not particularly like the movie.
