不到 (bùdào) is commonly used in everyday conversations to express that something has not been achieved or has not reached a certain level. For example, someone might say 他的成绩达不到标准 (tā de chéngjī dá bùdào biāozhǔn) to mean "his performance did not reach the standard". It can also be used to express that something is insufficient or less than a certain amount. For example, someone might say 我的钱不到一百块 (wǒ de qián bùdào yībǎi kuài) to mean "I don't have enough money, less than one hundred yuan".
