责备 is more harsh and it is done when someone did something wrong and s/he is to be blamed for it.

批评 is less harsh, and it can mean "indicate the one's or something's fault in a disapproving way.", or "form a mature judgment", e.g. 文学批评 (literary criticism: the study, evaluation, and interpretation of literature)

训斥 is done verbally in a more harsh manner; 责备 is not necessarily done verbally. For instance, we can use 责备 in the examples below, but not 训斥.
E.g.
- 我受到良心的责备。I felt a prick of conscience.
- 责备的眼神 / 責備的眼神 [ze2 bei4 de5 yan3 shen2] blaming expression in one's eyes
