得了 can be pronounced in two different ways with different meanings.
Please refer to these two entries in our dictionary for more information:
得了 dé le [v] all right, stop it, hold it; won (a prize); got (a grade in an exam); caught (flu, cold, etc.)
得了dé liǎo [adj] (used in negative sentence or rhetorical question, indicating) be okay, be allowed
