干涉 (gānshè) means "intervene" and is used to describe when one party interferes in the affairs of another. For example, you could say: 中国不应该干涉美国的内政 (Zhōngguó bù yīnggāi gānshè Měiguó de nèizhèng) which means "China should not intervene in the internal affairs of the United States".
