"搬家" (bān jiā) is the standard term for "moving house" or "relocating" in Chinese. While "搬家" is widely used and understood, "徙屋" (xǐ wū) and "搬屋" (bān wū) are not common ways to express the same idea. Using "搬家" is the recommended and standard way to talk about moving to a new residence in Chinese.
