In Chinese, we either specify the subject or omit the subject (provided that we know from the context what's being talked about). We rarely use 它(it) as the subject. There's nothing grammatically wrong with what you are suggesting: 它目前支持十几种语言. It's just that it doesn't sound natural to a native speaker. We suggest you specify the subject, e.g. 这个网站目前支持十几种语言。

语言 (yǔyán) is commonly used in contexts related to language, communication, and culture. For example, it is used to refer to the language of a particular country or region, such as 中文 (zhōngwén, "Chinese language"), 英语 (yīngyǔ, "English language"), or 日语 (rìyǔ, "Japanese language"). It is also used to refer to the study of language, such as 语言学 (yǔyánxué, "linguistics"). Additionally, it is used to refer to the ability to communicate in a language, such as 语言能力 (yǔyánnénglì, "language proficiency").
