风格 and 样式 are very similar and sometimes are interchangeable. For example, 文学样式 and 文学风格 are basically the same thing -- literary style.

The difference is that 样式 is more about patterns or styles that you can visibly see, something tangible and down to earth. 风格 is more abstract, elevated and long-lasting in the course of time.
