problem with installing the desktop application

seems like i followed all the instructions and installed adobe air and flash player, but when I double click the trainchinese air file, nothing happens. My Chinese classes have started! I need to start working on flashcards!

To check it we would need to know the configuration, are yo under Windows or Mac? which version?

Can you do the following:
  1. Unstall Adobe Flash:

    If you got problems with installing Adobe Air please uninstall Flash by using below link of the Adobe website
    kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

  2. (Re-)install Flash and Adobe AIR: get it from here:
    get.adobe.com/air

  3. Download trainchinese.air directly from our site:
    trainchinese.com/desktop_sw/trainchinese.air
    and double-click that file to install it.
Note that we are in the process of finishing a completely new app for windows that will include all features available on the Android/iOS apps. Think we will be able to allow for beta tests at the end of October.
