Hi,

The time I have trained as recorded on your website is not accurate.  Sometimes I spend a few hours training but o ly get 5 minutes recorded on your website.

The tracking of time spent training should be working fine, but the system will record times based on Hong Kong timezone, so it could be that the time is accumulated for the \"wrong\" date, ie. if you are living inthe US it could be that it is added to the following day. Can you please check if that could explain the differences you are seeing?

From what I\'ve seen with my training time, it looks as if each card is only assigned a certain amount of time.

I\'m on Beijing time and I have the same problem so I don\'t believe that your explanation can account for the discrepancy.

I\'ve been using trainchinese for well over a year and it only lists my training time as 26 hrs. Sometimes I do use the android app but I\'ve been using the website a lot more lately and it certainly does not take note of any time I simply walk away from the computer to take a break.

Could you explain exactly what time is recorded as training time?

Hi I checekd your statistics and am not sure if we are speaking of the same, I add one small extract:

Are you able to see the same numbers?  It shows minutes:Seconds

One remark I forgot to make last time. If you stay on one card for long time we cap the maximum time assumed to be learning. That is to avoid to count the time which someone may have opened a flashcard but did not continue learning with it.

Yes, I'm seeing the same numbers. If the learning time is only that of the cards I've looked through on the website, then I can accept that time. I remember spenging a lot of time using the android app for flashcards in the last few months.

Thanks

Think the Android app should be working the same way as the iOS one, but we will have a look at it. Thank you for the tip!
