What is the difference between the "Medium Frequency" and the "Intermediate Frequency" lists

In general we have to note that the definition of which words should be in which frequency group is slightly arbitrary (the corresponding lists were created quite some time ago)
Typically the Medium frequency words would be less frequent than the Intermediate frequency words.
