So what did I get for my $49.99? I hit the limit of 62 lists previously purchased so I paid for limitless lists and seem to have gotten absolutely nothing for that.

Thank you for buy additional subscription time, but we need some more information about that payment you made. According to our information you purchased 60 lists and 1 year of subscription using iTunes (Apple) on the 28th of May 2013, I can not see the additional purchase you refer to. Can you please send us an email with the data concerning the purchase you made? May be it was using another trainchinese account (that is not in-usual as it happened to other users in the past). Please send us the email to cs@trainchinese.com We will certainly find out what happened. |

Minutes after I got the above response, I got another message confirming my purchase and everything is working correctly.
It took about 23 hours for my purchase to be processed. I don't know if this is normal or not.

Typically payment form Paypal is processed within seconds or minutes. In this case it is evident form the information handed over by paypal that the actual payment was made one day earlier but we were informed about the payment as "processed" late, so I imagine that Paypal did some checks on the payment without informing neither you nor us :( |
