Edit
The learning statistic in the online page shows only the minutes I learned with the computer online. The time I spend with my adroid phone can not be seen. Is this a bug, can I change some setting or is it not planed to show a statistic of several devices ?

The time should be added and considered after you Update Cards. Please let us know if that is not the case.

I use the software now for half a year and all my learning time with the android phone is not considered. I update the cards frequently. |
|
So my addtional question is how will the time be evaluated. 1) fixed time for each card (learned or not learned butten is pressed) or the time between starting and ending one set of words

Maybe these details can give a better understanding of what is happening.

The time is recorded by card - the time used up until deciding on the card with a maximum of 10 seconds (for taking into consideration that sometime the student may be interrupted and keeps the question active where it would not make sense to count that time as learning).
It does not require a complete cycle as it records by card, for the accuracy regarding the dates - here there may be a shift because of different time zones, it may well be that the accounting is done for the previous day - but you can check that if you Update Cards, and then learn and Update again the time should go up.

The recording of time spent learning was introduced a couple of months ago, so it only will be able to show the learning time in the most recent months. |

So it seems only a problem of the date. I made the check above and 20s were added for one card. Maybe 10s for starting the session? The point is just that today is 15th in China where I live and the 20s are shown for the 14th. Where are you - is your date just now different ? But this is a minor issue as long as I know that every card is registered and stands for 10s learning time it\'s generally fine for me. Thanks for all explanations again !!!
klaus lautet:
The date issue is quite complicated - it is related to the native time on our phone, additionally (if I remember right) we also consider the time zone you used when registering at trainchinese and our local time (Hong-Kong/China). It should be counting each cards training accurately (for example if it takes 1 second, should only add 1 second), if it takes long time, for example 1 minute, then the maximum allowed time for training one card once will be used (10 seconds if I remember right, but could be that it are 20 seconds). |

Got it - thanks again !!! |
