Hello everyone,

I am currently using the app on 3 devices, desktop, iPod touch and Samsung Galaxy S3.

On the third one I have problems about updating and downloading flashcards. I just bought it, so I had to install the application today and try to update. I have 1209 flashcards, so I have to do it in few steps (I am aware of that, it happened with my other devices too). The problem is that after 300 flashcards (first step) , I  cannot download anymore. I mean, the process of downloading seems to start, but actually the progress bar doesn't move at all. Please help me as soon as possible. Thanks !

Craig here, the developer for iOS and Android trainchinese. Can you tell us a few more details about your problem?

1. Do you see the spinner that says \"Preparing data...\" popup up briefly, and then disappear?

2. When the progress bar appears stuck, does it say \"Downloading...\" beneath it or \"Processing...\"? I assume it\'s the former.

3. What happens if you reset your cards (you can do this by changing the account details in the app, for example changing the username and then back again). After the first synch, does the problem recur?

4. Are you in China, and if so which city? We\'re in Beijing at the moment so we might even be able to look at the app on your phone in person if that was convenient.

Now I changed the place I was trying to connect and update (in my office) and I found that everything worked smoothly. I guess it was my home connection problem, despite everything else seemed to work, so I didn't expect it. Did you have similar feedbacks in the past?

You know, here in China with all filters etc... it can happen I guess. Very strange though.

Very good improvements on Android version by the way. I gave it up in the past because there was no chance to set up lists. Now it looks great.

Thanks for the fast reply.
