I like your application very much. It's very useful in reading and recognizing, but i'd like to promote my writing skills. What do you recommened? I've found an application on your site, but as i understand, it's working only on apple stuffs. I have an android smart phone. Can i use that writer app on androide or PC as well? We are just finishing the internal testing of the Writer app for Android! We think we can provide it in form of a beta version by the middle of next week.
We will post the information about the Writer for Android on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter as well as on this website and then you can download and install it on your device.

We have a pre-beta test available to use it. The pre-beta is not yet complete (the sharing of data is not possible yet) and even though it was tested on several devices still may be unstable on some others. The version available to download at: http://www.trainchinese.com/android/writer_beta.php This application version is the one which later will be available free of charge (that is users which have no subscription to trainchinese will only be able to use the characters provided in the HSK1 pack). In your case you can enter your subscription data after pressing on the trainchinese logo at the top left of the main screen and then play all of the characters of your account. It would be great if you can let us know if the writer is working on your device, of course also if there re any problems. As always also any kind of suggestions would be very welcome! |

Hi Klaus
I have also tested the pre beta on galaxy S3. It is fantastic. som issues Install creates two program icons. If all of the characters in a list are sleeping then they cannot be added to the writer. Is that correct? Also I am not sure how to stop the program. Thanks! /John |

Hi Klaus It is running on my device but there was many sudden emergency stop, i had to restart it. It was when i was editing , selecting the favorities. I dont know how i can make a list of testing and practising. if i play a game it always starts with the dian(ceremony)

Thank you on the feed back about the pre-beta version. It is good to know that on your phone it is working (that is characters are shown in a reasonable size, and good quality?). As said previously we still are not completely finished and will certainly address those crashes you saw (when editing packs). A valid point about the sequence of characters played - that was a development patch to test something and we forgot to remove it. |

Hi Klaus I love this app also, I\'ve been able to make my own lists which id like to learn. It,s working well(expect the sudden stop). The characters\'s size is absolutely reasonable and good quality. The playing is also very good, but i have a good idea. There are two version of playing( 1. i can see the character and the right stroke order is testing, 2. when i can see the character at first, then after i\'m testing the writing knowladge), i would make a third one when just pinyin and english meaning are shown and than i have to write it down. Overall, It\'s good and i support your work, i supposed that it makes a huge progress in my writing skills. |
