For some reason none of my sleeping cards ever come back - so I have loads of cards partly learned and none learned. I update regularly - so what else could be the problem? Thanks!

According to the data on the server, you currently (April 17) have 4 sleeping cards. One in "My first list of Words" and 3 in "Non-listed words". Can you please Update Cards again and see if that is the status on your device ? The sleeping cards are shown in your lists view below the active cards.
