Upgrade on other device

I recently purchased the all character option on my iphone for the Chinese writer app but when I sign in on other devices such as my ipad, it says that I need to upgrade to have access to other characters when I already did. 

In both case, i'm logged in the same account (same train chinese account and same app store account) and tried to refresh but it still doesn't work.

 Is there a solution for this? 

And if not, does that mean that if I delete the app from my phone or change device, I will loose my access to all the HSK vocabulary?

Yes - its is possible to use the same upgrade on another device! If you purchased an upgrade or made an in-app purchase on an iOS app, you can usually use it on another Apple device as long as you’re signed in with the same Apple ID. Here’s how:

  1. Ensure Both Devices Use the Same Apple ID

    • Go to Settings > Tap your name > iCloud & Apple ID

    • Make sure both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID.

  2. Restore Purchases (If Needed)

    • Open the app on the second device.

    • Look for a "Restore Purchases" option at the end of the "Upgrade" section in the Writer.

    • If prompted, confirm with your Apple ID.
