It seems for 3 weeks or so now that the flashcards in the app no longer wake up. I can still add new cards, but training is only possible on the website, which makes writing practice difficult. I've tried the usual troubleshooting, to no effect, and my email to support has gone unanswered. Any ideas?

Thank you for sharing this experience. Of course the training using the app is much better! Based on your question it looks as if the dates to wake up are correct (as your say it is possible to train using the website). But we had a issue of coordination between the app and our servers where the wake up date was wrong by one day that in the meantime is resolved. Based on your data I can see that there are cards to wake up in a couple of days (for example " 明显 míng xiǎn [adj]obvious, distinct, evident" to wake up in 2 days). Given that the correction regarding the day difference mentioned above did happen recently, can you please check if cards are now correctly waking up on your device? If you still see problems it would be very helpful if you can send us a screen recording using our customer care email address (cs@trainchinese.com). This can be very helpful to look into details that we may not have seen. |
