Hi, I have purchased the writer app (one time payment) on my ipad, but i am not able to access it on my android phone, can you please let me know if the access to android is restricted if we have paid for ios device?

The purchase of apps made on Apple are handled by Apple and they
will not share your identity with us so we can not know who bought what
app. The same is the case for Google. So it is not possible to cross-check purchases. This limitation is due to the two separate eco-systems
