How do you re-load a card after an issue has been solved?
I found cards with the wrong recording.
After submitted the error report it is fixed.
But in the iphone the recording is still wrong.
How do I reload the right recording ?

The recommendation given in email.
“The new audio file is now available. To have access to the new audio, please try pressing on the audio play button for a longer time. This will help you download the audio, which might take a few seconds.”
Doesn’t work any longer in iphone. It used to work but doesn’t anylonger
