For two days now i cannot update my cards on my trainchinese app on my cellphone.If i tap "update cards" I get the following message: communication with trainchinese.com has failed. please check your network settings. If you can connect to the internet, our server may be busy. Please wait a few moments and try again.
Typically communication is available 99,99 % of the time.
In cases such as you describe please check that the username and the password in the settings is correct! Be aware that the password is case sensitive!
