I have an HTC Desire HD and I'm a paid member. 

In the past, I've had no problems with this.  This is completely new.

When I attempt to update the cards, it goes through the download cycle fine, but just as it begins the processing cycle, the app force closes.

The only thing I can think of that I have done differently is that I added some cards manually from the app.

I had the exact same problem; paid member, etc. I unloaded and reloaded the ap and now it works fine.

Even if such procedure would solve the problem we still will need to find the reason. And then fix it.
We are looking into it today, will share what we find.

Hey,

I ve been facing the same problem. I also added words manually on my phone, from the dictionary. Is there a solution already?
