I have an HTC Desire HD and I'm a paid member.
In the past, I've had no problems with this. This is completely new. When I attempt to update the cards, it goes through the download cycle fine, but just as it begins the processing cycle, the app force closes. The only thing I can think of that I have done differently is that I added some cards manually from the app. Thanks in advance

This seems to be a particular issue which we will investigate. We will contact you within 24 h with our findings.

I had the exact same problem; paid member, etc. I unloaded and reloaded the ap and now it works fine.

I ve been facing the same problem. I also added words manually on my phone, from the dictionary. Is there a solution already?
