During subscription time - that is the period you pay for the subscription there is no limit on the number of cards you can add per week.
The subscriptions differ in the duration (3 months, 6 months, 12 months or unlimited time). In addition to the subscription time you will need to but (empty) vocab lists that you fill with your vocabulary.
