Stroke orders are shown when you look up details to a word/phrase:
For results of the dictionary, tap on one of the results and you will see all the details (including examples). If you now tap on the Chinese word(s) a black screen opens where characters are written from top to bottom (If the selected Chinese word has many characters you can scroll down on the black screen until you see the desired character), on the right of each character is a button which will activate the stroke order animation.
In Flash Card mode:
You also can select one flashcard (out of List My Cards) or select details on the flashcard you are reviewing and then tap on the Chinese text to see the list of characters with the button to animate the strokes.

One very useful way to learn the strokes is when you use the Dictation mode of the flashcards, then a field is shown where you can write the characters one by one and when you reveal the card (Orange button) then your written characters and the original one are shown side by side, you even can compare the strokes by pressing on the button on the right of each row.
